CoStar/Bluestar

I have a 2013 1lt and I wanted to get rid of Onstar and I read you cannot just remove the Onstar box because the fuel pump is regulated through it and unplugging the the antenna doesn't work because it will still connect through cell phone towers?

I found this http://www.costartech.com/pb/products/products.html that actually replaces the Onstar box and still keeps bluetooth (or adds bluetooth if you don't have it). I was wondering if anyone has switched out their Onstar with Costar/Bluestar on a 2013 camaro.

Only thing is, I've only read about it being installed on up to 2010 vehicles and wasn't sure what year GM started tying in the fuel regulation through the Onstar box and want to make sure it would work with the 2013 models.
