2010 Camaro power passenger seat question

Question to those who might know:

I have a 2010 Camaro 2SS with heated leather seats. Driver's seat is power, not the passenger seat. The seats were literally slashed to shreds before I bought the car and need to be replaced.

Today I picked up a nice set of 2012 2SS leather heated seats to replace the shredded ones. This new set, the passenger seat is power and heated (my passenger seat is heated only).

From what I can find, I do not believe a power and heated passenger seat was an option in 2010.

So, will the connections plug in correctly? If so will the power seat work? I don't know if the plug/harness is/was already set up with a power source from 2010 to 2012 to allow for power seats. Or if there is an adapter I need, or new harness. Unfortunately I need power to the seat to adjust it, or it wouldn't matter.

Not a lot of info out there specific to my question.

If anyone could assist I'd sure appreciate it.
