ZL1 vs C7

Anybody waiting till some decent shots of the new C7 to come out before deciding on the 13 ZL1 or the new vette?

Be a long wait. I have heard of no plans for early release of a C7.

I don't see an early release either. That have been spotted rolling around the Proving Grounds area in Michigan heavily camoed. Hopefully more details sooner than later start to leak out

this pictures have polarized people. I myself don't think it is that bad but I want a back seat this time around so C7 is out for me unless they just knock out of the park and my manhood would be called into question if I did not own one ha ha.

Not really, I'll most likely be buying a used C6 Z06 or ZR1 when my SS is paid off.

I'm also looking forward to seeing the real C7. I have a C6 GS.... and Love the car !!!
I'm a long time Corvette Guy.

I also have a 2012 45th Edition Camaro and Love the Camaro too !!! Both Great Cars !!

The C7'S are a long way off as the first run will not be in dealers until at least very very late 2013 or early 2014. I also have read from good sources that the first run of C7's will only be the basic Coupe's ....and that ... Roadsters , Grand Sports , Zo6's and ZR1's will probably as long as 1 to 1 and a half year's Later and maybe longer as they build out the complete line.

So I'M LOOKING AT A 2015 C7. I want more than the basic Coupe.

So I'm just about to order a 2013 ZL1 and can enjoy driving it for ? many many years. I may never sell it. By the way I'm NOT Selling my 2012 45th Edition....... Love the car.... and will Spoil myself on a Second Camaro. I 'm retired and have worked hard all my life.. and it's time to enjoy !!!

Ouch, my fiancee practically said the opposite. Said when your Camaro is paid off you can get your Corvette. I would love a 2010 Z06 in Jet Stream Blue. If I can find a great deal 10 or 11... I may just repaint in Jet Stream Blue. Already looked into painting prices. How can I wait 4 more years

When the wife surprised me by ordering a new ZL1, the decision had to be made. I let go of my 08 Z06 knowing full well, I will be getting a C7 Z. So the decision was easier for me. It was a Jet Stream Blue and I still miss it. Less than 20k miles on it.

Yup, I'm waiting to see what the real & un-camo'd C7 looks like as wellbefore I make up my mind what I'm getting next.
