Same idea as RPM and ZZP they send you the device you datalog send them the file. What you'll see for gains is what they advertise so your not fooled by what to expect in that respect they are better then most. Their tune was decent people were used to overdone tunes on the V6 5th Gen. Honestly they floundered when they discontinued their IPF Supercharger for the V6 it's not that they sold a ton but people i think went with them because of their invested involvement with the community.
