Using Firebird Int Dragway (which I think is Wild Horse Pass)...
The DA was, get this..

Density Altitude: 3784 feet
Relative Density: 89.39 %

Wow! That's pretty bad.
Corrected time on the first slip is
13.443 @ 106.334

Track is 1140ft above sea level .. my local track is 400ft for comparison.

The DA is killing you. Read up on the DA and you'll understand. Here is a link to DA calculator and correction algorithm.

Your corrected time is actually respectable. Next time out, be sure to disable the traction control and stabiltrak. I've never been able to hold my revs at 3k..stock converter wont allow it... it would always push through the brakes. Try preloading the convertor by holding the brakes and revving the engine to about 800-1000rpm. When the third light goes yellow, let off the brake and floor it (two foot it). Your 60ft time should be a lot closer to 2.0 (no matter what the DA is)... Let it shift itself. No paddles. If you were running with the nannies on, that'll cost you about 1/2 second.

Wait until the weather is cooler and lower humidity (or find a track thats closer to sea level) and you'll see greatly improved times. Until then, practice your starts and lower that 60ft time.
