Hmm Googling "Error 403 wifi" shows this is actually a common issue with not just one solution as there are a vast many possible issues that can cause the 403 error. One thing I did find is if it's possible, take a device that is having the issue and go somewhere else that offers free wifi like coffee shops, Mcdonalds, Walmart, etc and try it again. If you can connect to the site on their wifi then it's most likely not your device but something wrong with the router.
