It was a 55+ older community made up of mobile homes that aren't exactly secure to begin with, and one of them has a newer Mercedes and a modded Camaro parked out front.
It's entirely plausible this was a home invasion/robbery gone wrong, the suspect panicked and started a fire hoping to destroy evidence.
