Hard to say, but I doubt it. People were having this issue back in mid to late 2013. My car was purchased in Feb 2014 and is having the issue... so improvements have not been made. I think GM is well aware of the issue but I have read many recent threads indicating that the torque tube issue often returns even after replacing it. (meaning it could be a design flaw) I'm kind of bumming over it to tell you the truth...
