1806 square feet w/ a 2 car garage and 3 bedroom....lot about 1/4 acre...$127,500 two years ago and is now worth about $150K...and worth more when we are done doing the remodeling and upgrades. We are painting right now and have a lot still to do...gonna do some tile as well.
Those are some crazy prices considering size of lot and sq foot. San Antonio has some of the least expensive living and is one of the top cities in the nation where people move to retire.
We should have a poll on this thread for what we're willing to spend.
