First Orange C7?

When I purchased "Catalina" I had the full intention of making this one of the first modifications to the exterior. For some that may not be aware of this process, its called plasti-dip or in this case plasti-coat. The only difference is how the job is completed. Pearls & Pigments in Houston, TX has came up with finishing product of plasti-coat. They take their pearls and additives and mix it with the clear dip to finish with a pearl look. This is applied by spray like paint but with minimumal prep work. The product actually cuts its own lines so even the headlights are sprayed over and when done the plasti-dip simply peals off. This is the same with the vehicle its self, when you don't want the color any more or want to change it, it simply peals off in sheets and protects your original paint. Finished her up with the valve covers and calipers painted with a white engine enamel base and "chevy orange".

Feed back is always welcome, to each their own but I think it turned out great.
