If it goes to 3000 it will be built. It may not be built until the next model year but it will be built. Remember, the dealer is the customer and you the retail buyer are the dealer's customer, not Chevrolet's. This idea may defy commo sense for some of us, but what does common sense have to do with real life?

Constraint means the order will not "pass" to the accepted level and has nothing to do with the time it takes to get an order produced. But it is a sign that an accepted order may not be produced as quickly as an accepted order that has none.
