Laborsmith is correct: the proper thread to ask about your order status is in this section. It is currently the very first one at the top of the list. Just click on "last page" after the thread title and it will take you to the most recent post. You then just use the "post reply" box the add your question or comment to the ongoing list. This is the only way Becky is likely to see your request.
