"Z" has been the alpha prefix for
MANY Chev-GM "packages" over the years, with Z10 being the '69 Camaro Pace Coupe Package, and Z11 being the same in Convertible form. Z11 was also the "mystery engine/lightweight body" Package for the '63 Impala. Z16 was the original '65 Chevelle SS396...and on and on...
