I remember being told that I could request a later production date. I originally wanted to pick up the car at the museum in the Spring and was told I could request a change to the production date (originally estimated in Feb-Mar time frame), but my production week came up so fast I went ahead and took delivery Dec 16th. I have the album and I love it. It's a once-in-a-lifetime thing, so I would ask to have the date changed if it was me. You do have the option of getting an album with generic pics of a car matching yours, but it's just not the same thing as seeing your car going through the line.
