Iowa is a "Slow Down, Pull Over" state. Even before the law was officially enacted, I ALWAYS slowed down and pulled over. My parents taught me that.
It only makes sense IMO.
Troopers, other LEO's, and emergency workers are out there making our roads safer so motorists should show them some love and slow down and pull over.
