Possibly a non-NPP car... the NPP car has 4" trumpet tips that are evenly spaced apart while the non-NPP have 3" tips with a wider gap in between the twin sets of pipes, kinda like double-spaced between the pair. Going bsae exhaust is ideal if upgrading via aftermarket... which is what we know he'll likely do!
The base black one I test drove did not have NPP and therefore also had the wider gap in between... pic:
