I have an Uncle that owns a wheel shop and another family member that owns a dealership whom i bought my Silverado through and it is not uncommon for a dealer to do that. As long as the tires are being taken off right away, then they will buy them back for close to the sticker price of the wheel.
Also, if there is a particular car on the lot that you like but you wanted a different wheel option, they will almost always swap the wheels at your request and just change the sticker to reflect the change. I also had this done on my Silverado.
BTW those are some good looking wheels!
