Drove home from the dealership at noon today. Ohhhhhhh what a ride!!!!! This ZL1 is every bit as exciting as the ZR1s and Z06s I have driven. Being 6'5" I was concerned about headroom and legroom. Neither are an issue. Headroom is good for me however the rake of the windshield forces you to fully recline the seatback for optimal vision through the windshield. Unlike the Z06…..I have a good four inches from my knees to the lower dash knee bolster. The Recaros are narrow but very supportive. With my 38" waist it is a snug fit. The high tech features and interior appointments have really stepped up the feel of the Gen 6. Off to the Suntek installer in the a.m. It’s gonna be difficult keeping this beast of an engine below the recommended guideline of 4000 rpm for 1500 miles.
