They should be, I can't find weights but I'm assuming they are in the mid 20's based on other data I've seen.
The 20x9 20mm offset front and 20x10 35mm offset rear will both stick out about 10mm wider than stock, that should be fine.
I would also check out Forgestar and Rohana. The Rohana's are very reasonable. Forgestar can do a precise offset which makes them very desirable IMHO.
