Does anyone know the ballpark price it might cost just to get a HP Tune to be able to do this?
Don't get me wrong wrong, I'd love to dyno tune it at the same time. But the car is barely modified.
Do at this point just getting the license to modify the valves is all I'd be looking for.

Buy the mpvi3 and the required licenses for the CCM which I think is 3 credits. Someone else mentioned that in older cars, the exhaust valve control was in the FPCM, however I've never encountered this before. But good thing is, you dont have to pay for a license to check what controllers are available to "read". If you have a CCM option to read, then you can edit your exhaust valves.
You should be able to get enough help on hptunersforum to accomplish what you want. This would be the cheapest path.
