Many times they "hire" a rig to get your car so if they give you a pickup date of say 04/20. A lot of times they won't pick it up that day...it'll be later, and in some cases I saw 10 days later. So I decided to save myself the headaches and just drove and got mine. I drove from Detroit to Souix Falls, SD and back.
