Back Pain While Driving & Office Work

Hi Everyone!

I am suffering because of back pain for many days. In the beginning, I thought it is because of the weather change, but now it is getting worse, especially while driving and sometimes during office work. I am taking anti-inflammatories and painkillers for many days even I have tried the massage of olive oil, but they are limited-time remedies. My mom also suggested me to try any of the electric massagers. Though I am understanding the pros and cons of these devices from this site but I am not sure how good are these massagers to relieve pain. However, I am seriously considering trying massage therapy from an expert practitioner. My GP suggested me to try deep tissue massage or this https://www.wellness-fee.ch/EN/massage-points.htm massage points treatment. I read several pieces of research that claim that massage points of reflexology can heal shoulder, neck and lower back pains. Do you think it will work?

Basically, it affects my lower and upper back area near the shoulders, and sometimes I also feel stress underarms. According to my husband, I should try better sitting postures from here http://ergonomictrends.com/best-ways...ith-back-pain/ during my office work and consider this article https://spineina.com/blog/prevent-ba...while-driving/ and try any power seat, lower back support and neck support. I am here to know if is there any lower & upper back and neck support tool that is equally useful for my office and while driving.

On the other hand, it could be myofascial pain, but it is also hurting my lower back. In case it is myofascial pain, then I would also like to know about any driving support. I would be grateful if you would share reasonable back and neck support accessories. I would also like to add that I was not surfing because of this pain when I was working from home on lockdown days. I am still not sure, but yes, I was back with support ideas.

By the way, I found ComfiLife lumbar support pillow which could be a good idea for the lower back but what about the upper back, shoulders and neck support? You can also share your suggestions about the lumber, shoulder and neck support separately.

Waiting for your suggestions.
