It is with a heavy heart and sadness that our country has been hit with a senseless tragedy, YET AGAIN, at the hands of an "animal", who took it upon himself to kill innocent people.

I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to ALL the victims, their families, friends, and the communities they lived in and represented.
