When you are reaching the top of the track are you holding the switch up for 2 or 3 seconds? If you don't it won't reset. Do the driver side first then the passenger side.

When they reference temperature they are talking about ambient temperature (outside the vehicle) and the temp inside the car. If it is 90° outside and 60° in the car (or lower) your A/C is working...

Try cleaning the MAF sensor with some MAF cleaner...

Try cleaning the MAF sensor with some MAF cleaner (use ONLY MAF cleaner). Also check the plug for loose/dirty connections. If it keeps blowing fuses there's a short somewhere in the circuit.

Most automotive A/C is designed to lower the temperature by approximately 30°. So if the ambient temperature is 90° your A/C is going to blow at approximately 60°.
