May be the CATs are bad. It should turn the cel off on itself, when the stock CATs are re-installed. Take it to the dealer, CATs are warranty for 8 years/ 80k miles.

I do find the ramp slid a little, but there is no hassle of using them. Just place something under it. I use jack/jack stand when I need to take the wheel off, and use the ramp on oil change.
