I had a similar issue when the car was sitting at idle there would be a rattle. The header was lightly tapping the frame on the passenger side. I put a dimple in the header in that spot and it fixed...

I have the 6x3 cam installed with LG intake with Texas speed full 3 inch exhaust and tune.... I'm at 490 HP and 452 lbs of torque at the rear wheels
