A low vin was something I really wanted as well but has become less of a concern since they didn't start at 000001 and there is no way to know what your actual number is.

Well 4200 could mean transport from ant facility to another. When mine went from Lansing to Livonia there was a 4200 and 4300 same as going from Livonia the hamtramck.

I would assume your vehicle is at or on its way to hamtramck. A quick Google it's a gm plant in Detroit that is one of the biggest most advanced. It builds the volt, Malibu, impalas, and some caddis....
