Yes, you just have to change the state each time...

Yes, you just have to change the state each time you use it. It should default to where you are. A minor software bug but it is a little irritating.

I too live in VA and experience the same thing...

I too live in VA and experience the same thing with West Virginia showing as the default state each time. I have not found a fix.
