Is there carbon buildup on the cutouts? Or is it not closing all the way. I use liquid wrench to keep them cutouts clean and lubed.

I didn't know that ... I set them up using the remote only. I was concerned about holding the open or close button too long and overloading the gears, good to know that this is not an issue. Thanks!
