If you look around you can find stock 20" RS rims for between $300-400. Tires for those should be cheaper, not to mention you can probably find used ones here as well.

Weld craft does great work and they only charge $275 per wheel to widen them. Their located up in Michigan so you might even be able to save on shipping.
