Had no problems smogging my car with a cam in it. Anything 2000 and up should be pretty easy now. They don't even start or run your car when they do the smog test.

You can fit 18s over the brakes. Just need to pay for them. Forgeline, finspeed and CCW makes them. Just not many people want to pay the price for them.
