Unfortunately, warranty work probably will not happen. Engine has had several mods done and has been tuned. If the dealership will honor my warranty still, I wouldn't mind having them do the work...

Well service manager says block is salvageable. Will have it towed to my friends shop today or tomorrow for complete tear down and inspection. So who has the best deals on complete rotating assembly?

Wont matter if you put the stock tune back on. They'll still know the ECM software has been modified. I'm in the same boat as the OP. Oil pump failed. Going to have the Camaro towed to a friends shop...

Plan A - hope the block can be salvaged and stroke it with forged internals.
Plan B - completely new crate engine
Plan C - haven't got that far yet.

Yeah I've seen the TSB about the faulty pump. Hopefully they honor the warranty since it is a known issue. $7k is a lot of money.
