2014 Camaro LT needs a backup camera
Hi everyone,
I'm glad to find this forum. Anyway, I have just gotten a 2014 Camaro LT. It has a MyLink touch screen display but without a rearview vision package. I am not sure what is the best option to get a backup camera installed on this car that can be viewed via the current screen display. I called a local shop and they told me it costs $1000 to install a back up camera on this car. I did not expect it to cost that much. Any recommendation or suggestion is greatly appreciated. |
Member 2ssrs is a vendor and you can get the wiring harness from him, but you will still need to get the camera and have it programmed by a dealer.

Thank You!

First check in the settings in your Mylink. You may or may not have the camera option installed. If it is in the menu then you just need to add a camera with the proper wiring harness from Gen5diy.
