Interior Stitching

Hello All,

Just wondering if different color stitching can be ordered for the interior. In other words if you order say a velocity yellow stingray with jet black interior can you get yellow stitching instead of the white? I was at Carlisle this past weekend and they had a killer yellow/black combo with black interior but it had white stitching.

Sorry if this is a repost. I know its a small detail but this car is all about small details. I think it would really add to the interior.

Thanks!!

Was at Carlisle and was told no stitch option in 2014 model.

Really would like an all black interior with red stitch myself like was available on the 2013 C6. The 2LT red seats are too much for my taste but really liked how the red stitch looked against the black door panels. Gives a good indication what it would look like on an all black interior....

Here is a couple of more that show the red stitch against the 2LT black:

I know you may not want to do it, but it so easy to dye the stiching with a $4 fabric dye pen - it does not rub off - looks perfect and takes no talent, just time. I have done it my camaro:

Like Glenn, I also dyed my stitching on my 2010 Camaro; black leather with red stitching. As I posted on camaro5.com, if you do it correctly and with the right dye, you'll have no problems with durability or color fade.

Yes, you do it one stitch at a time, but it goes fast. I did my entire interior (seats, door panels, steering wheel, etc) in about 3 hours. See post #48 for the correct technique and product (dye).
