On my order I have 2LT and Red interior seats. I want to know If my car will have Red stitches on these 3 points (steering wheel, gear lever and panel interior) Any ideas? :popcorn:

Pics I saw somewhere didn't have any red stitching. All I have seen is the light grey.

That would be 3 LT right? 2 LT doesn't have seat colored leather on dash.

Totally agree with you that the 2LT should have the red stitching and if it doesn't here is what I plan on doing with RedHot, my Torch Red Adrenaline Red C7: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpo...6&postcount=48

While placing my order, my dealer wasn't able to tell me much about the difference in the 2LT and 3LT pkg's. I had ordered the 2LT and I wanted the red on the dash like shown in the photo above. After seeing a good description of the different packages in the video (link below, starts at about 1:11) I had to change to the 3LT pkg.

I know this doesn't answer the original question, but might help in general. My question would be, if the stitching isn't red will it be black or white. If not white will the RedHot work on black?

That's awesome. I've got a 1LT with the red interior, so I know for a fact I won't be getting any fancy red stitching. I'll be seriously considering this once I get the car and have a look. I feel like I'd be pretty nervous the entire time I was putting paint on my interior. :eyebulge: but its a great result for sure.

A bit of clarification: RedHot is the name of my C7 (currently cued for production). The name of the paint in the video I posted is Elmer's Painters Opaque Paint Marker. It comes in a variety of colors and I have seen successful uses of it to make the seat stitching blue, black, yellow, orange and green in addition to red. There are several additional videos out there explaining how to do it. For the most part it appears to be pretty easy and fool proof to do, just requires time and patience. :cool:

Damned good question, Makes sense - This looks like a 2LT w/ Colored Stitching to me.

http://www.corvette7.com/forums/atta...7&d=1358297630

Easy way to tell what trim it is (at least on a colored interior) - See how far up the color goes...

1LT = Seats
2LT = Armrests
3LT = Dash

With that said, Every pic I've ever seen of the 2LT trim had colored stitching.

Is the above interior Kalahari? If it is then it should be 3LT but it doesn't have the colored dash ... any insights?

Pre production models. Models may not be representative of actual vehicles at time of production. :sorry:

That would account for the discrepancy. Thanks for the clarification.

That's a 2LT therefore no color dash.
