Can I move a order 1100 placed to another dealer

The dealer I ordered with is having allocation issues now.. Can I just move my placed order 1100 to another dealer??

If it is 1100 Status...
It is not "placed"...

It is a generated order - waiting to be placed with allocation.

It can be re-orderd at another dealer.
