M3s are always nice (had an e36 before) but I'd still take the new Stingray over any e90-series M car. Best bang for the buck. :thumb:

I have owned 2 E92 M3's and they are amazing cars and very well rounded. They aren't the performance beasts the C7 is (nor do I believe they are intended to be) but if you want 4 real seats (not 911 rear seats) and a car that can be a daily with track weekend fun, the M3 is hard to beat.

If 4 seats aren't a criteria then the clear choice IMO is the C7.

i have an e93 M3 and am in the process of ordering a C7 corvette. two totally different cars, but each great in their own ways

We love our e90 M3. Going to keep it for a long time. I'll say its an incredibly well rounded car that does just about anything that its asked from daily duty to mountain carving. And I don't think there is a better V8 on the market and now that BMW gave up on the glorious S65, I'm going to hold on to it. The new turbo 6 engine doesn't look very appealing after life at 8400 rpm in the e90. I knew I'd have one as soon as I heard it cold start at an BMW Oktoberfest event. It should be interesting to have both an M3 and C7 in the household.

Great taste! I just sold my 2011 E92 335 for this. Ran a 13.2 in the 1/4 mile consistently with a stage 2 Dinon. Good AutoX car to... Just too much understeer and never enough power for me.
How did you equip you new Ray?

I also had a 335 manual followed by an E46 M3. I like the E90 the best of all the BMW's I've had.

Now its a loooooong waiting game on my Vette:
• Cyber Gray Metallic
• Jet Black Perforated Mulan Leather Seating Surfaces
• Z51
• 2LT
• Z51 5 split spoke Black aluminum wheels
• Magnetic Ride
• Red Painted Calipers
• Performance Exhaust
• Carbon Fiber Interior Trim
• Navigation

Corvettes always performed better then the m3. M3 is an amazing car but the corvette will out perform it in any category. Corvette puts down to the wheel what the m3 puts out at the crank. Awesome bang for the buck.

The new F80/F82 M3/M4's should be compared to the new stingray, not the 6-7 year old E90/E92's.

Looking forward to seeing the new ///M4 :pop2:
