AHRC show this sunday great cause
 

I am pleased to announce that AHRC Suffolk will be having their 5th annual car show and fundraiser. For those that are not familiar with AHRC, they are a private voluntary non-profit agency that is dedicated to applying its professional and financial resources toward improving the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities from birth through end of life.

The agency provides individuals with opportunities for attaining the highest level of self-sufficiency in personal growth and development through coordinated and individualized early intervention, preschool, and school age services; vocational training, supported work, prevocational training, day habilitation, Medicaid service coordination, and residential services.

Date: Sunday May 3rd
Time: 8:30 AM -2:30 PM
Location: 2900 Veterans Highway, Bohemia, NY 11716
Admission: Show vehicles $20 (spectators: Free)

This is show is a family friendly car show and is open to all makes, models and motorcycles. Kevin (On edge) is hoping that we roll in with as many Camaros as previous years, so we show the mustangs a thing or two.

Queens:
Meet at: Macy's Douglaston - 242-02 61st Ave. Douglaston, (meet by Burger King) Arrive at: 6:00 AM / Depart at 6:15 AM.

Nassau:
Meet at: OfficeMax - 3350 Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown, 11756 Arrive at: 7:00 AM / Depart at: 7:15 AM. (Bronx/Westchester & Queens group to meet at Nassau)

Suffolk:
Meet at Applebees – 300 Motor Parkway, Brentwood. Arrive at: 7:45 AM / Depart at: 8:00 AM. We will depart when the Nassau/Queens/BX/Westchester group arrive.
