On August 21 2009 I took delivery of my new SS Camaro. I ordered it
with every available option and it was built on 8/4/09. I'm wondering
how many others still have their early Camaro since new.

That's awesome!!

Like yours, I ordered mine with every option available at the time (except the automatic trans and sunroof). Mine was built March 24, 2009 but wasn't delivered until June 23, 2009. It spent just over two months in 4B00.

I ordered my ZL1 in the summer of 2013 and took delivery on September 30, 2013. I ordered every option available except the leather suede steering wheel and gear shift knob. I didn't think either would hold up in the Florida heat and humidity. Looks as good today as the day I brought it home!

I bought the wife a 45th LT. I got the fever and traded it for an SS. She claims 'her' 45th became 'my' SS. She's not entirely wrong! I've never had a vehicle that had such a hook in me. Nice rides, gents.

I'm just thankful it's not hard on my liver too!:smiling1:

I'v had my 2011 Rs day 1 and did a re- manufactured engine, nice part of that, i spent just for the core mostly' because i kept my car up so the mechanic was able to use a great deal of parts from the other engine.
Sidenote: outside of car is next, looking to keep it midnight blue with a Eagle on the engine hood.

That's cool! Awesome cars!! I wish I still had my 1972 Challenger Rallye 340/4bbl with the 727 torque flight and factory electric sunroof!! That was a fun car. Had it built with a 4.56 rear gear..
