This is going to be the greatest car known to man.

I am not sure if it it's Chevy PR department or an outside agency contracted by GM to make these short videos but they are definitely having the desired effect of building curiosity and enthusiasm for the new Stingray. It would be very hard to watch these and NOT get excited about the car. The entire Corvette Team should be very proud of everything they accomplished with this car. It is the kind of car that makes both young boys and older people as well yearn to own a Corvette. It will be interesting to see if production can keep up with demand.

This Corvette is really a new beast. Every single aspect of this monster has been analyzed and improved to drive with the best. This car isn't just for the guy with a Corvette collection. This car isn't just for the American performance enthusiast. This car is a serious contender for fighting with the cars that boast quality, performance, and price far above what we demand from Chevrolet. This Corvette is going to bring over a lot of curious drivers who consider some really nice European cars, and those guys are going to have to rub elbows with a guy who drives a Z71 to trade in his Porsche for something much better.

I got an email from Chevy today about the Stingray. I loved their tag line.
"It's your road, live it!"
