Washington Auto Show?
 

No one ever talks about it, especially since it is right after Detroit...but what are the chances I'll be able to see any one of the Camaros up close? Is there a way to find out if one will be there?

My guess is that the 'vert will be a the "BIG" shows, ie; Detroit, NY, etc., and the coupe will be at the "smaller" shows, ie; Philly, etc.

Mr. Settlemire should be able to answer your question the best. ;)

Scott stated yesterday that they do not have a set in stone tour schedule for concept coupe and vert. He will post it up when it's available.

ill be going to this weekend. Cant wait to see it in person.

I will be there as well. I am surprised they didn't mention anything about it on Auto Show website.

According to the Concept tour schedule, the silver coupe is supposed to be there. Can't wait to check it out!

Just caught the washington auto show commercial it has a few shots of the camaro along with a few others cars that didn't phase me. Even pictures of this car on TV look sweet, cant wait to see it in it's own commercial, anybody else in the tri-state area see it ?

AND.... the website does mention that the Camaro WILL be there.

I was there Sunday dropping off a car and of course ... I went straight to the GM booth. Lots of cars including 4 corvettes (1 CMG ZR1) but NO CAMARO. I was bummed! I'm sure there will be one there, it just wasnt there yet. I was hoping to get a first hand glimpse w/o fighting the DC traffic. LOL.

Look at the post date....2007...this was an old thread that was "dug-up".

While we have this thread back from the dead I thought I would add some new info to it. I stopped by the DC show today (2009). I have to say I was a little disappointed to find that the two Camaros they had on display (SIM and IBM) were preproduction cars and they would not let you sit in them or even look inside. Having said that, this car truly is breath taking in person. I will try to post a few pics later even though they won't do it justice. I really can't wait to get my hands on my car!!
