There is so much wrong with this.

#1 Can you think of a worse car to impersonate the police in? Maybe a rainbow school bus?

#2 Don't these idiots realize every cop in Tennessee is looking for a yellow 5th gen?

#3 Don't they realize impersonating the police is a serious crime (usually a felony with a $10k fine) and they are doing this for the cash a driver might be carrying?

#4 Doesn't this seem like an old CHiPS episode?

I have a feeling these guys will get caught and get a serious beating...

Now they are expanding the BOLO to all yellow muscle cars. One guy in a yellow Camaro has been pulled over by the police & questioned numerous times. He understands they are doing hteir job but I'm sure it is still irritating & alarming. Hopefully they will soon catch the idiot.

Beating asides that's a really good way to get shot.

You know, in college I bought a Crown Victoria police interceptor at an auction. It had the brush guard, antennas, window tint, and spotlight still on it (all legal in Texas). Anyways, I got pulled over 18 times in a matter of months. I was late to work, late to class, consistently monitored and hassled. It sucked. My apartment was searched as well as my car, multiple times. It ended with me hiring a lawyer and threatening to sue for harassment. It was definitely irritating and alarming :)

I ended up selling that car because of the hassle it caused and I just didn't understand why they would sell them if that's the treatment you get when you purchase one...:mad0259:

Also, does it bother anyone else that the picture they used is from an oversea's camaro with those hideous mirrors and European plates? I mean...would it have been so difficult to find a pic from a US camaro?!

Feel sorry for anyone with a yellow Camaro in TN at this moment. I would think the cop pulling them over would have their guns out and ready. Be freakin traumatic!

According to the article is a revolving blue light, I mean c'mon guys are we in Blues Brothers Movie? I don't think any law enforcement agency uses the single whoopy light.

The kid who was pulled over 4 times, once at gunpoint was interviewed. He needs to wash that car and replace his damn serpentine belt!

hahah, that was my fault. Photoshopping a blue light on a Camaro wasn't that exciting of a task for me so I kind of dialed it in. Barely blurred the plate too
