HELP - Stuck in BG
Hey Kelly.
Sure hope you can do something that no one else can or is unwilling to try. I've consistently attempted to get pertinent info from my dealer and from the chat line. That has led to nothing but pure frustration. Hard to believe that there doesn't appear to be an escalation process which I could employ. You seem to be a last resort. Placed my order on July 5 and the C7 was produced on 10/14 (VIN 4054). For the past three weeks, the car has been classified as "bayed." No one can tell me why there has been such a delay in delivery or even stepped up to say they would inquire. I know that cars with VINs in 6000s have been produced and those with VINs in the 5000s are being delivered at my local dealership. I'd be most appreciative if you would let me know who I can call to get accurate info regarding the issues causing the delay and some prognosis on a resolution. Many thanks. George |
