aFe Power Lowering Springs
There is now a 2nd option for the 2.0 springs. These drop the car lower than the Ebiach springs (not sure I would want it any lower the the Ebiach's).
Ebiach: $265.00 .06" Lower Front .09" Lower Rear aFe: $295.00 e-bay - $310.00 direct 1" Lower Front (non mrc) 1 1/2" Lower Rear (non mrc) It looks like cars with MRC drops 1" all around. I would call aFe directly to confirm that though. |

Is the set up the same for the v6? Also do you have a link to the afe springs? I can't find anything |

I ordered a set through AFE's website back in July. A couple days later I received a call from them stating their expected shipping date is scheduled for the end of Aug. I can't say for sure about the 1.5 drop in the rear, would be nice just not holding my breath.

Robert,
I'll call AFE tomorrow to get an update on my order and inquire about the specs of these springs. If I hear something concrete I'll post up. -BN |
"On Non MRC cars the springs offer a 1" front drop and 1.5" in the rear for the perfect blend of performance and style"
|
I wonder if Afe could provide spring rates for our stock springs and spring rates for their drop springs?
I have FE3 SS shocks and struts arriving next week ;) |

They should arrive Thursday. I wouldn't be surprised if I have my car on jacks and the stock suspension already taken off by the time they arrive lol I'll start a thread during the install. I'll be taking a coil or two off the stock FE3 springs as well. Since they're the only spring design that can be cut (tangential spring ends). |
Update,
Delivery date pushed back middle to late Sept.. I'm to hear back on spring rates and ride height tomorrow, will see. |

I'm looking for a firmer flatter ride/cornering. Did you get that from the Eibachs? |
