Z06 Production Numbers?
 

So if Chevy allocates at least one Z06 to each Stingray dealership, of which I am guessing there are 2000 (out of 3100 Chevrolet dealerships) that would mean at least 2000 for the 2015 model year. Expecting some dealers will be allocated more than one, can Chevy be planning on building as many as 3000?

From what I understand dealers were given their initial allocaction numbers for Corvettes (Like last year) and those numbers were lower than last year. This leads me to believe the rest will be made up of Z06s, based on what I have been told by the owner of my local Cheverolet dealership he stated he would be getting 4 Z06s, the dealership has sold 30+ Stingrays. Therefore if true, which I believe it is, I will project there will be at least 4000 2015 Z06s produced. Again this is only my opinion.

Allocation figures get released on the 28th so we'll know exactly how many we're getting. The base model price gets announced tomorrow.
