Weight Savings for Z51

I am wondering if there are any reasonable means of taking 100-150lbs off the Z51 to improve acceleration (sprung weight). I have the NPP exhaust which I happen to like very much; so I have only come up with -30lbs with a Braille battery, maybe some other carbon fiber parts . . . . ? Thanks.

You yourself could go on a diet? ;)

If your gas tank holds 18.5 gallons, at 6 lbs a gallon, you could run 1/4 tank of fuel and save 83 lbs over a full tank. ;)

Several ways... But a few are
Headers and xpipe (25-30 lbs)
Axle back like corsa or akrapovic (10+ lbs)
Forgeline wheels (roughly 8 lbs a wheel 32+ lbs)
Rps triple carbon clutch was 33 lbs light than stock
Etc...

Seats are very heavy, 61 pounds each. Could put in a pair of light weight racing seats and save quite a bit.

Unsprung weight loss would really help but a set of lightweight rims can be very expensive but would make a difference. The Z51 rims weigh 24 lbs front and 27 lbs back without tires. There are rims out there that only weigh 17 lbs but cost like 7K. But that savings would help improve acceleration/ stopping and cornering.

I was thinking you could kick your passenger to the curb. ;)

Seriously, if you're looking for track benefits and are willing to sacrifice some creature comforts, you could toss all but the small speaker in the driver's door (it's used for warning chimes), including the amps. You could pull carpet and sound deadening materials. You could figure out a way to convert the seats to manual operation and toss all the seat motors. These items would get you a big part of the way to your goal.
