C7 or 67 in my garage

Just took delivery 2 weeks ago of a special edition

Nice collection! I also like the Buick GS 'vert. :w00t:

Are you able park one under the lift inside your garage so all 3 can be stored safely out of the elements? In the meantime, I'd park the '67 inside first. The C7 can be reasonably protected with high quality products (crystal seal, wax, etc..) while sitting inthe driveway.

Thanks
I've got 12' ceilings in the garage so all can be stored nicely.
You are absolutely correct 69 GS400 stage 1. The C7 is a dream to drive and I'm glad I got the special edition. I called our local dealer and he said he had been allocated 1 so I jumped on it and had it in 2 months believe or not.
Sounds like you've got some muscle in your garage too.

Add another lift in the left garage unit and you can safely store 4 toys! Just relocate that hanging lamp... :D

GS400- now that's a very nice collectible musclecar! I used to have two 1970 GTO's (hardtop & convertible both w/ the 400 and manual tranny; the 'vert had Ram-Air too) and a Trans Am GTA in the late 80's... you can see I'm a big Pontiac fan but I trully appreciate Buick Grand Sport's, Olds 442's, and Chevelle's due to GM's common A-body platform.

Anyway, glad to see you have the C7 SE in convertible version... LRG on Kalahari is a nice combo. Enjoy it! :thumb:

Nice trio of cars. It looks like you are running 8" Rally Sport rims on the 67, they look good. How do like the lift you bought? I am going to need a good lift when I order my C7.

You guys have really nice garages

This may seem like a stupid question, but are there any cons to putting a tile floor in your garage? Does the floor get scuffed up or damaged easily? Or does it cost more for any reason?

I went cheap with grey concrete paint, bad move for long term use. If I had to do it over again I would go with a good two part epoxy floor covering. They do have plastic and vinyl tiles but I would not use a ceramic tile.

My lift is a Mid-American and is very heavy duty. The problem is I bought it 3 years ago and they since have gone out of business.

is that tile a good way to go vs paint? wont pick up or crack under tires- like a boat trailer? Looks great
