Attachment 606 Jack's Ragtop 2007 Roush Roadster is the latest limited-edition Mustang AutoWeek | Published 01/23/07, 9:49 am et Jack Roush had planned to sell 100 copies of his 2007 Roush Roadster, but the head of Michigan-based Roush Performance says one of those cars may not make it to a customer. “I think that number might have to be reduced by one, as there should be a Roadster in my garage,” he says. Roush’s latest take on the Ford Mustang, the Roadster was first unveiled at the Specialty Equipment Market Association show in Las Vegas last November. The car is now available through Roush-authorized Ford dealers nationwide. The custom-painted, two-tone Roadster is lowered 1 inch and gets a four-piece aero kit which includes a front fascia with fog lamps, chin spoiler, hood scoop and rear wing. Roush also fits his Roadster with 20-inch forged chrome wheels and high-performance Cooper Tires. The interior sports custom leather seating embroidered with the Roush Roadster logo. Options include a supercharger upgrade that boosts the 4.6-liter V8 to 415 hp (available on manual-transmission cars only), white face gauges, carbon fiber dash trim and a short-throw shifter.
