Bodybuilding.com has good articles, workouts, and supplement reviews. Don't know if you've ever checked it out but I've found it helpful.

Here is a few pics from the past year and half. Weight is between 208-240. I currently getting read for a power lifting comp so I'm cleanish bulking now and am about 230 with a 36.5 inch waist in the last pic. I keep full stats but won't bore you. I'll continue this for about a month until I do my comp then I'll start cutting for summer. End weight will be about 210 with a 35 inch waist and shrink about an inch upper and lower body This is last year. |
