So here is the verdict after two weeks of Insanity!

My waist around my belly button went down 1in.
My weight went up 1lb
My thighs went up 0.75in
My forearms went down 0.5in
And my body fat % went down 1.4%

I would say that is some good progress for only 2 weeks!

Chest: start good but because the snow storm they close the gym couldn't finish my workout, so I'm doing some snow cardio and then finish up with push ups & dips!

Thank - you for posting up the strength book. Mine just arrived. Picked it up off ebay for less than 6 bucks shipped to the house. Almost brand new, matter of fact can't even tell if it was really ever opened.

I mentioned that I would post up a few pictures. So here they are.

1st one is my favorite, from the summer of 1993. Helped my Mom and Dad as they were moving into my Grandparents home on the lake. Had to cut a hole in the wall for a new window. Just finished cutting it out and had my Dad take this photo. I was about 230 lbs at this time, down from 280 lbs. plus, the previous winter. This is what a divorce will do for you.

Next couple photos are end of the summer early fall in 1993, just before I met my wife, got engaged and then married in 1994.

The last few photos are from last summer 2013 out at my parents house at the lake. Not very proud of this 350 lb whale.

I am now down 60 lbs. I do need to let you all know I had Gastric Bypass surgery on Dec. 6th. My end goal is to be down near 200 by end of August when I turn 50. Not sure where the bottom weight will really be yet as I am working out, not sure how much muscle I am currently carrying.

I just completed workout number 10 and feeling great. As I am starting to step the workouts up.

Thank - you all for keeping this going and I can follow along and gain even more knowledge.
